How do you customize your services for niche companies?
Everything Securus does is tailor-made to our customers and our candidates. We do not believe in jamming a square peg into a round hole. We work to understand your need in its entirety, we also work with you to prioritize each element of your need into a technical recruiting document, which in turn lets us present the most viable candidates for your project if a 100% match does not exist.
How is your pricing?
Our pricing strategy is different from most of our competitors. We do not like money getting in the way of a successful match between a customer and a candidate. We believe in making out money over the volume of happy customers and engaged candidates. Our target margin is roughly half of the industry standard, we do pay our consultants slightly more than standard though.
